Why book direct with us
We are the operator, not a marketplace. That single fact changes what we can promise you.
One price, no commission
Platforms charge operators 15–25% commission, which is either added to your price or taken out of the hotel and guide budget. Booking direct removes that layer entirely.
Your quote itemises hotels, transport, guiding and entrance fees. If a fee is not listed, it is not charged later.
Someone accountable, in Bangkok
You deal with one specialist from the first email to the last transfer. That person has driven the road, stayed in the hotel and eaten at the restaurant they recommend.
Our office phone is answered during Bangkok business hours, and there is a 24/7 number for anything that goes wrong on the ground.
We will tell you no
If a place is not worth the drive, we say so. If a hotel has changed hands and slipped, we stop selling it. If the weather will ruin a boat day, we move the boat day.
That is easier for us than for a platform, because we are not trying to fill a catalogue.
What direct actually means
Booking direct removes one layer of margin, and that is the smallest part of the benefit. The bigger one is that the person selling you the trip is the person who operates it, so a question about whether the boat leaves at 7am gets answered by someone who has stood on that pier.
It also means changes are cheap. There is no agency to re-issue a voucher to, no wholesaler to re-price a hotel, no third party to blame when a room is wrong. When something changes we change it, and when something goes wrong we are the ones who fix it rather than the ones relaying messages.
The things that go wrong, and what happens
On a two-week trip something usually does. A boat is cancelled for weather, a temple closes for a royal visit, a hotel has lost a booking, a traveller gets sick on day four. The measure of an operator is not whether these happen — they happen to everyone — but how long they take to resolve.
Our standard is a same-day fix: a substitute activity by the evening, a rebooking within 24 hours, and a refund or credit agreed in writing before you leave the country. We do not require you to argue for it, and we do not treat a cancelled boat as force majeure to be passed to the insurer.
Come and see for yourself
Every enquiry is answered by a person in our Bangkok office, not a call centre.
