What we collect
We collect the information you send us through the enquiry form: name, email, travel dates, party size and any notes about the trip. If you book, we also collect passport details where airlines and hotels require them.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, build your itinerary, make bookings and keep you informed before and during your trip. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising retargeting.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers needed to deliver your trip: hotels, airlines, guides and insurers. We do not share your details with third-party marketers.
Your rights
Write to hello@joyotour.com to request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. We keep booking records for seven years as required by Thai accounting law.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking pixels. The only storage used is a small local preference for the language toggle, and it never leaves your browser. Server logs at our hosting provider record IP address and requested page for security and are retained for 30 days.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our bank's payment gateway. We never see or store card numbers; the gateway returns only the last four digits and a transaction reference, which we keep on the booking file.
Children
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian, and we do not market to children. Booking data for a child traveller is held by the adult who books.
