Deposit and balance
A 20% deposit confirms the booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are payable in full.
Changes
Free changes up to 45 days before arrival, subject to supplier availability. Changes within 45 days may incur supplier charges.
Cancellation
45+ days: deposit is non-refundable but transferable to another date within 12 months. 44–30 days: 50% of the trip cost. Under 30 days: 100%. Some hotels and internal flights are non-refundable at any stage and will be shown on your quote.
Insurance
Travel insurance is a condition of booking for trekking, diving and multi-day boat trips. It should include medical evacuation cover.
Passports, visas and health
You are responsible for holding a passport valid for six months beyond your return, the correct visa for your nationality, and any vaccinations you or your doctor consider necessary. We provide current entry information as a courtesy but cannot be liable for a refusal of entry.
Minimum ages and fitness
Age limits are stated on each tour page. Trekking, diving and multi-day boat trips require a reasonable level of fitness; tell us about any condition that affects mobility, food or altitude before you book rather than after you arrive.
Conduct and safety
Our guides may alter an itinerary for safety reasons — weather, road conditions or park closures. Refunds are not payable where the change is outside our control.
