Kanya has been with the company since 2016 and runs the Bangkok operations desk: the guides, the vehicles, the hotel relationships and the 24/7 line. She is the person who answers when something goes wrong at 11pm, which is why the operational detail on this site tends to be specific.
She writes the food and market pages, largely because she has eaten at most of the stalls she recommends and refuses to list one she has not. She also owns the quarterly price check: every entrance fee, park ticket and boat fare on this site passes her before it goes live.
Before joining she spent four years in hotel front-of-house in Bangkok, which is where the hotel recommendations come from.
